The CWCBS Pre-service Online Training course is designed to provide new case managers a basic knowledge of their roles and responsibilities as child welfare professionals. This course provides many tools and handouts helpful in child welfare work. It is designed to allow printing material and handouts during progression through the course to keep for future reference. Those who complete the course will be able to return to this course later to use it as an ongoing tool and resource.
The course is "self-directed", which means there is no time limit (or time requirement) for completion. Help is available online and by email.
