KAR 28-4-806. Training. (a) Prelicensure training. Before a license is issued, each applicant shall participate in and successfully complete the following:
SPECIFICALLY (a4) Preservice Case Management training.

CERTIFICATION: This training is to be taken only by the person enrolled for the class.

- YOUR email address, either through work or home
- Supervisor’s name and email address
- Personal and work-related identification information
- Your preferred loginID and password.
