How to Tell Your Browser to Accept Cookies

Internet Explorer 5.0

1. Choose Tools, then
2. Internet Options
3. Click the Security tab
4. Click Internet, then Custom Level
5. Scroll down to Cookies and choose one of the two options

1. Choose View, then
2. Internet Options
3. Click the Advanced tab
4. Scroll down to the yellow exclamation icon under Security and choose one
of the three options to regulate your use of cookies.

You can View, Options, Advanced and click on the
button that says Warn Before Accepting "Cookies"

Netscape Communicator 4.0
On your Task Bar, click:
1. Edit, then
2. Preferences, then
3. click on Advanced.
4. Set your options in the box labeled "Cookies"

AOL 5.0
Other versions of AOL may be slightly different in terms of specific settings and their locations.

1) Open AOL
2) Click on "My AOL" in the top menu bar
3) Select "Preferences" from the menu options
4) Click on "WWW" from the list of options
5) Click on "Security" tab in the AOL Internet Properties box
6) Click on the "Custom Level" button
7) In the security settings options, scroll down to the "Cookies" subsection.

You will see 3 options (disable, enable, prompt) in the subsection titled, "Allow cookies that are stored on your computer"
